Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze will fly to St. Petersburg on Friday morning to participate in the celebrations of the city's 300th anniversary. The president will also take part in the CIS summit in Petersburg, Shevardnadze's press secretary Takha Imnadze told journalists in Tbilisi on Thursday.
