US Soldiers Destroy Passenger Bus Near Iraqi City of Al-Najaf

Seven Iraqi civilians have been killed and two wounded as a result of the shelling by US servicemen of a bus near the city of al-Najaf, reported the British TV company Sky-TV.

According to the US Fox-News TV channel the bus with 12 women and children approached the checkpoint near the town of al-Najaf but did not stop at the request of the military. After that fire was opened for effect.
