An international consortium for raising the sunken nuclear submarine Kursk in the summer of 2001 is comprised of four companies: the U.S.-Norwegian Halliburton, the Dutch Herima and Smil International, and the Russian design bureau Rubin based in St. Petersburg, Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov said at a press conference in Moscow on Thursday.
