Specialists Reveal No Deviations In Terrorist Salman Raduyev's Mental State

Experts of the Serbsky Research Centre of Social and Forensic Psychiatry have not found any, even slightest, deviations in the mental state of Chechen terrorist Salman Raduyev, the centre's director Tatyana Dmitriyeva has said. According to her, the experts were surprised that Raduyev, who had suffered serious injuries to his head and undergone a series of operations and whose face was mutilated, had no brain damage. Dmitriyeva said Raduyev's examination at the Serbsky Centre was as comprehensive as that done on in-patients. An extended commission was set up to examine Raduyev's mental state, which involved experts in all fields.
