Moscow Believes That Accords On Reduction Of Nuclear Arsenals Must Not Be Only On Paper - Comments

Russia's Foreign Ministry holds that the accords on further reduction of the nuclear arsenals must be "first, radical - 1,500-2,200 nuclear charges; second, controlled; and third, irreversible, that is to say, the strategic offensive arms will not be reduced only 'on paper'", says the statement by spokesman for the Ministry Alexander Yakovenko.
