Zenit seven clear

Zenit came to Moscow to increase the distance over CSKA, winning 1-0 and leaving seven points between the front runners of Russia's Premier League. Elsewhere, it's the same old names: Mourinho and Chelsea, Guardiola and Bayern, Carlo Ancelotti and Real Madrid... and Ronaldo, James and Benzema.

Chempionat Rossii - Russian Premier League (After 12 matches)

FC Zenit is first with 32 points, seven more than CSKA Moskva after winning against the second-placed team, in Moscow, by 1-0. The two teams from Krasnodar follow in third and fourth position.

FC Krasnodar has 21 after losing 2-1 at Mordovia while FC Kuban Krasnodar were held 3-3 at home by Spartak Moskva.

  

  

Premier League (England) (After 10 matches)

Chelsea remains four clear at the top of the Premiership (2-1 over QPR), with Southampton in second (1-0 at Hull). City is third on 20 after winning the Manchester derby match 1-0 against United. Arsenal is fourth with 17 points (3-0 over Burnley) and West Ham United, fifth also on 17 points, after a 2-2 draw at Stoke City.

 

La Liga (Spain) (After 10 matches)

  

Real Madrid (24) took full advantage of the home defeat (0-1) dealt to Barcelona (22) by Celta Vigo, by going top beating Granada 4-0, goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, a brace from James and one from Benzema. Valencia (23) is second after beating Villarreal 3-1 in Castellón. Atlético Madrid (23) is third, after winning 4-2 over Córdoba. Sevilla went down at Athletic Bilbao 1-0 and is fifth (22).

  

Bundesliga (Germany) (After 10 matches)

Bayern has booked top spot (24 points) beating Dortmund 2-1. VfL Wolfsburg is second on 20, after a 4-0 win at Stuttgart and Borussia Mönchengladbach (20) third, after beating Hoffenheim 3-1.

 

Ligue 1 (France) (After 12 matches)

Olympique de Marseille 28 points; second is Paris Saint-Germain with 24; third, Olympique Lyonnais (23). Marseille beat Lens 2-1, Paris Saint-Germain won by the same score at Lorient and Lyon won 3-1 at Nice.

  

Serie A (Italy) (After 10 matches)

Juventus has 25 after winning 2-0 at Empoli. Roma has 22 after losing 2-0 at Napoli and third is UC Sampdoria (19) after beating Fiorentina 3-1.

  

  

  

  

Primeira Liga (Portugal) (After 9 matches)

SL Benfica (22) beat Rio Ave 1-0 in Lisbon; FC Porto (21) beat Nacional 2-0, Vitória Guimarães (20) beat Sporting 3-0. Fourth is Paços de Ferreira, after beating Setúbal 4-1.

  

Premer Liga (Ukraine) After 10 matches

First is FC Dinamo Kyiv (26), 3-0 winners at FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk (25). FC Shakhtar Donetsk has 21 after losing at Metalurh Donetsk 2-1.

  

In Romania, after 13 games, FC Steaua Bucureşti leads with 31 points (after beating Dinamo 3-0). Second is CFR 1907 Cluj on 26 points with 12 games played.

  

In Armenia, after 12 games, the leader is Ulisses FC with 34 points (5-1 winners over Alashkert), second is FC Pyunik on 121 with a game in hand after a 1-0 win over Banants.

  

In the Azerbaijan Premier League (Topaz Premyer Liqası), after 10 games Qarabağ FK leads with 21 points after beating MKT Araz 4-0. Neftçi PFK (20) is second after a 4-0 win over Olimpik-Süvälan.
