Russian farmer to buy Britney Spears mansion in Beverley Hills

A Russian farmer, named only as Aleksey, may purchase the mansion of US pop star Britney Spears in Beverly Hills. DOKI Real Estate Agency, which offers the singer’s mansion for Russian customers, said that the Russian businessman, who wishes to buy Britney’s home, is a 48-year-old man, who owns a large farm in Russia’s Krasnodar region, Interfax reports.

The man has been working in agriculture for 16 years. Aleksey currently owns 1,000 hectares of land, two pig farms, gardens and a workshop to process fruit and vegetables.

The man said that he decided to buy a house abroad long ago. “I found out that Britney Spears put up her house in Beverley Hills for sale, and I said to myself that I must buy that house. I have three daughters and all of them are big Britney fans. When I told them about my intention, they did not believe their ears, but they will be able to live in the house of their pop idol indeed,” Aleksey said.

Aleksey will travel to the United States in the nearest future to meet a real estate agent in California.

Britney Spears’s mansion with a plot of land, a pool, SPA facilities, a barbecue nook, a beautiful garden, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms is available for $6.5 million. Last year, the house was available for $7.9 million.
