The first round of games in the qualifying groups gets under way this Friday September 7 for the 53 UEFA countries. The teams are divided into nine groups, eight of six teams and one of five. 13 teams will qualify for the finals in Brazil 2014. The nine group winners qualify automatically, the eight best runners-up are paired and enter a play-off.
