The Ukrainian negotiating delegation does not maintain any contacts with Russia after the Istanbul agreements are reached. If Russian-Ukrainian negotiations are resumed, then the conditions for them are completely different, Yury Ushakov, aide to the President of the Russian Federation, said during a briefing on Monday.
"Negotiations were interrupted after an agreement in principle on the Istanbul agreements. After that, the Ukrainian delegation did not maintain and does not maintain any contacts with us. So if negotiations are resumed now, then the conditions are completely different. So far, no interest on the part of Kyiv, as well as from the side of Western states, is not visible," Ushakov said.
