Russia's Aeroflot airline will become the official sponsor of the British football club Manchester United next season, The Daily Mail wrote on Tuesday.
According to the preliminary agreement, the newspaper wrote, in the season of 2013/2014, the Russian airline will become the official carrier of the legendary club, thus replacing Turkish Airlines.
The contract is to be signed in the summer of the current year. The amount of the deal has not been exposed.
It is assumed that Aeroflot, being the official carrier of Manchester United, intends to strengthen its position on the market ahead of the World Cup 2018.
