Michael Enright, a British actor, left the Hollywood world to join the Kurdish People's Protection Units to fight ISIS in Syria.
Enright appeared in such films as "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest." According to the actor, he could not sit on his hands after watching gruesome beheading videos and videos of one pilot being burned alive in a cage.
The actor, 51, left a note to his family and friends saying that he may not see them again.
"I didn't come here to run, I came here to fight, and if I have to die, then I die," Enright said.
