Russian President Vladimir Putin has a cheerful voice of command, he is ready to complete the special operation without harming both the Ukrainian people and the state as much as possible, Ramzan Kadyrov, the President of Chechnya, said commenting on reports about the deterioration of Putin's health.
According to Kadyrov, reports saying that Putin allegedly fell into a coma were nothing but nonsense. Putin's ill-wishers who spread false information about his health should shut their mouths not to feel uncomfortable later.
"So I have read this ridiculous nonsense, nonsense that our president fell into a coma, that [he] is to be replaced," Ramzan Kadyrov wrote.
According to Kadyrov, he recently spoke with Putin on the phone. Putin has a very cheerful and commanding voice, the Chechen president added.
Rumours about a sharp deterioration of Putin's health appeared the day before in Ukrainian Telegram channels. Their authors, citing anonymous sources, reported that the President of Russia was allegedly hospitalised in intensive care and connected to artificial life support systems.
Reports about Putin's alleged health problems appeared in foreign media outlets in March. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko later said in an interview with Japanese TV channel TBS that those rumors were spread by Western countries to undermine Putin's credibility.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, in turn, advised everyone in the West who doubted Putin's state of health to contact Russian president's foreign guests.
"Ask foreign leaders who have been in contact with Russian President Vladimir Putin recently, including UN Secretary General António Guterres. I think you will understand everything," he said.
In late March, it was reported that there was a whole team of medical professionals, including a doctor who specialized in thyroid cancer, who accompanied Putin on his trips.
The rumours about Putin's health intensified in the early autumn of 2021. Reports about the illness of the President of Russia also appeared in early May and June in a number of foreign sources. It was even said that Putin could hand over his presidency to another person due to his health problems.
Needless to say that the Kremlin does not confirm such information. Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov has repeatedly called such reports fiction.
