Nizhny Novgorod region prepares for 4th International Business Summit

A single catalogue of Russia's investment projects is to be released by the time of the Fourth International Business Summit in Nizhny Novgorod.

The catalogue will be distributed among all participants of the summit; it will also be distributed at other events throughout the year.

Special attention in the catalogue will be paid to Russian exporters. In addition, a special list will be made for the companies that have either already established or plan to establish productions in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The catalogue will feature investment project descriptions and contacts of their supervisors.

The Fourth International Business Summit in Nizhny Novgorod starts on September 9th. The key topic of the summit is called "Russia: Together to the future!" A variety of events will take place within the scope of the summit. The prime goal of the forum is to bring together business ideas and resources for their implementation.

The congressional part of the summit will be divided into three blocks: "Economics, Politics and Business"; "Regional development: Infrastructure. Investing. Tourism" and "Innovations. Human capital. Promotion. Mass media."

There will be a plenary session, a congress of the peoples of Russia, a Media Forum, the 12th International Congress of Steel Workers, an Expert Council of BRICS countries, II Regional Championship of working professions "World Skills Russia 2015 in Nizhny Novgorod region", the XIII Fair "Russian capital for Russian Innovations," HR-Forum and many others.

Nizhny Novgorod region Governor Valery Shantsev said that the event has become a unique platform. Representatives of 55 regions of Russia and 50 countries of the world attended The Third International Business Summit in 2014.

"Twenty-one foreign states were represented on the level of ambassadors or business missions. During last year's summit, the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod region concluded 15 agreements worth the total of about 70 billion rubles," said Valery Shantsev.
