Russian warships travel to Syria

The Russian Navy plans to conduct exercises  in the eastern part of the Mediterranean Sea. This is said on the website of the Russian Defense Ministry. Several Russian warships, as well as a number of support vessels will travel to the area. The news became known last year. Navy  sailors will perform more than 40 different combat exercises, including rocket and artillery fire, as well as search and rescue operations.
