Putin does not like to be called 'the czar'

Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that the nickname the Czar does not fit him. This was Putin's response to a remark from a CBS presenter. According to Putin, people call him different names, but he is not really interested in that.

"It's important what you think about you. What you must do for the interest of the country which has entrusted you with the position of head of the Russian state," Putin said.

When the CBS presenter said that people talk a lot about Putin in America, the Russian president replied jokingly that maybe people in America have nothing else to do but talk about him.
