First-off, Manchester City again. After last season's Carlos Tevez saga, with the Argentine star refusing to play, moving away and then coming back again and apologising, now Kolo Touré has stated that he wants to play soccer in France so as to be part of a starting line-up. At thirty-one years of age...

We now hear that Robin van Persie turned down a move to City for 300,000 pounds a week so that he could join Manchester United last season from Arsenal FC.

At Arsenal, Theo Walcott is making the headlines, allegedly in a transfer dispute. Liverpool FC are waiting for developments, with ten million pounds to spend on transfers. Arsenal rivals Tottenham Hotspur is also active in the transfer market, André Villas-Boas looking at Toby Alderweireld, a 23-year-old Belgian defender playing for Ajax FC, to join up with Jan Vertonghen, signed last season.

Wanting to move...

From France, Toulouse FC, to Newcastle United. The interested party is the 23-year-old France midfield player Moussa Sissoko, who wants to move at the end of the season when his contract expires. Republic of Ireland midfield player Wes Hoolahan seems to want out from Norwich City FC. The contract renewal talks with the 30-year-old Irish international have stalled.

Wanting...

Chelsea FC is eyeing up the Brazilian midfield player Paulinho. However his Brazilian club, Corinthians, has stated he is going nowhere. This frustrates not only Chelsea FC but also AC Milan, which is following the 24-year-old. Everton FC is hot on the heels of the brilliant Polish forward, 18 years old, Arkadiusz Milik, who is the youngest leading goal-scorer in Europe.

Arsenal FC meanwhile are looking at the Croatian attacking midfield player, Ante Roguljic, 17, who plays for NK Adriatic Split. Another Croat player interesting a Premiership club is Dinamo Zagreb striker Andrej Kramaric, 21, under the spotlight at West Ham United.
