Dawn Hightree: Letter in response to the Najaf fighting

What I recently read although I do not know if it is true.  I read that there is an amendment to the constitution that makes it legal for a militia to fight the government if the government is doing wrong.  Wow.  This means that if the people that are fighting the government can prove the wrong then they have the legal right to protect themselves.
 
Very interesting if that is true.
