Ukrainian President Arrives In Moscow
Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma has arrived in Moscow accompanied by Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Viktor Chernomyrdin. Kuchma hopes to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin. He is also due to take part in the jubilee CIS summit. Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko had already arrived in Moscow. Other CIS leaders are expected to arrive on November 29.
