USA Lifts Troops From Pakistan To Uzbekistan And Kirghizia

The USA has started lifting its Air Force units participating in the Afghan operation, from four bases in Pakistan to new installations in Uzbekistan and Kirgizia. This information was reported on Friday by the Washington Post newspaper. According to its data, US troops are also enlarging the air field outside Kandahar, following the decision to increase the number of troops stationed at this base. Pakistani authorities have demanded that US units leave two /Jacababad and Pasni/ of the four bases in Pakistan, but are ready to allow US military to continue using two other bases in the towns of Dalbandin and Shamsi, the newspaper reports.
