Presidential Envoy comments on Russian-North Korean relations
The last visit of North Korean leader Kim Chong-il to the Russian Far Eastwill influence positively on the strengthening of bilateral relationsbetween Russia and North Korea. Konstantin Pulikovsky, Presidential Envoyin the Far Eastern Federal District, voiced this statement commenting onthe results of the visit of the North Korean leader. During this visit,Pulikovsky accompanied Kim Chong-il.
