Gerhard Schroeder, Yoshka Fisher Congratulate President Putin on Successful Rescue of Hostages

The Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and Foreign Minister Yoshka Fisher of Germany, both attending the meeting of European Union leaders in Brussels, have congratulated the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin with the success of the rescue of hostages in Moscow. According to a Rosbalt's reporter, their telegram reads, 'All out thoughts, all the emotions of the Germans were with you and your people in Moscow. Russia's special forces have proved their high skills and levelheadedness'.

The German psychologists, who took part in the preparation of the storming of the captured theater building in Moscow, are expected to return home by a special flight tonight.
