'All forces in the world must be pro-American'

The U.S. has launched first tests of ground-based Aegis missile defense system, which will then be used in Eastern Europe. The tests took place on the Hawaiian island of Kauai, Utro.ru reports. The military simulated the launch of a target, which was successfully intercepted with a Raytheon antimissile. The tests of the Aegis system with the use of a real target will be held in 2015. During the previous tests, missile launches were conducted only from ships.

The European missile defense plan involves the deployment of the first part of Aegis in Romania in 2015. The second part is expected to be deployed in Poland in 2018. Russia has repeatedly expressed vehement opposition to the deployment of the U.S. missile defense system near its borders.

The missile defense complex will support imperial ambitions of the United States. Political analyst Yevgeny Bahrevsky said in an interview with Pravda.Ru that for the USA "all forces in the world must be pro-American, in all countries." "If they find any forces that are not pro-American, this situation for U.S. officials is not normal, and they start to show their vision of the world," said the expert.

Earlier, military correspondent and director John Pilger conducted a study for The Guardian, the results of which showed that since 1945, the U.S. has tried to overthrow more than 50 governments , many of which were democratically elected. In addition, the United States interfered in the elections in 30 countries, bombed civilians in 30 countries, used chemical and biological weapons and attempted to assassinate other countries' leaders.
