The Greek banks reopening after 3-week holidays is not of any relief for the depositors.

Previously there was imposed a limit to 60 euros a day and 1,800 euros a month.

Now, the depositors complain they can not withdraw cash, or cash checks. Beside that, the Greeks who left the country and went abroad, can not withdraw money from the ATMs either.

The Greeks are advised to have some emergency money under their beds - ideally 3 months worth of expense money.

Meanwhile, a minimum 10% prices rise for goods and services is expected in Greece.
