Red Cross Officials Return To Kabul
Three officials of the International Committee of the Red Cross /IRCR/ returned to Kabul on Wednesday. The Taliban closed the Red Cross office in the Afghan capital and deported its officials in late September. According to the Saudi news agency, Bernard Barret, an ICRC spokesman, stated that another group of officials will be heading for Kabul soon.
