Alvaro Silva Calderon, OPEC's General Secretary, arrives in Moscow today. According to the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the visit was agreed between Mr. Calderon and Igor Yusufov, the Minister of Energy, on July 24. The parties are supposed to discuss the current situation on the world's energy markets and other issues.
