Two Servicemen Killed In Macedonia, One Captured By Albanian Terrorists

Two Macedonian servicemen were killed and another one was taken hostage by Albanian terrorists in an armed clash at the village of Vaksince near the Yugoslav-Macedonian border. The RIA Novosti correspondent quoted a spokesman for the Macedonian Defence Ministry as saying in Skopje that the incident was being investigated. According to the available data, a Macedonian border guards patrol was attacked from an ambush. Two Albanian militants from the so-called National Liberation Army were reportedly killed in a fight that followed. The information has not yet been confirmed.
