Blackwater created Osama Bin Laden, now busy with building ISIS

The head of the special forces of the Republic of Tajikistan was trained by Blackwater, a US-based mercenary company, before he joined ISIS, Pravda.Ru reports with reference to The International Business Times.

Reportedly, Zacharias Moussaoui, aka "20th 9/11 hijacker", had Blackwater's number in his notebook.

There are many incidents indicating Blackwater's cooperation with U.S. government. In 2012, then-President Bush gave the CIA permission to create a top secret assassination unit to find and kill Al Qaeda operatives. The program was kept from Congress for seven years. And when Leon Panetta told legislators about it in 2009, he revealed that the CIA had hired the private security firm Blackwater to help run it.

"The move was historic. It seems to have marked the first time the U.S. government outsourced a covert assassination service to private enterprise," Evan Wright, the two-time National Magazine Award-winning journalist said.

It was the CIA that helped to create Osama Bin Laden, Ramzi Yousef and other Islamic terrorists, who are said to be behind the WTC attacks and other large-scale terrorist attacks.
