Previously, the Tax Code of Ukraine adopted amendments concerning the procedure for registration of taxpayers and their recognition as residents. The award-winning boxer Klitschko has been living in Germany for 14 years. Therefore, he can not be considered a resident of Ukraine. The Central Election Commission has the right to refuse him a presidential candidate certificate.
