Buy a Russian Pursuit Plane on eBay
On November 1 there was an offer posted on eBay online auction to buy MiG-21 Russian pursuit plane. As the poster of the message wrote, the plane was located in Santa Maria, California.
According to the seller, the plane is completely equipped for flying. The price of the plane includes the cost of a spare jet engine, other spare parts, missile hanger brackets, a booklet of instructions, a radio station, GPS wireless set and other technical means.
The plane has a licence of the US Federal Aviation Administration, as well as the documents to take the plane beyond the territory of the United States. However, the plane can be exported only to the countries, which are not on the list of the US State Department, i.e. the “axis of evil.” The shipment of this purchase will cost a buyer ten thousand dollars extra.
The seller pointed out in his message that ultrasonic flights above the territory of the United States were limited with testing areas for military planes. The seller also wrote that he could assist in obtaining a licence for such flight around Edwards and China Lake airbases.
The price of the item was growing on the moment of publication. The last bidding offered $230 300. The auction will last for less than 24 hours.
