Parasite office to appear in Moscow

Architects showed that it was possible to find places and opportunities for creating eye-catching offices in residential areas. This could be done in Moscow - a huge city with the chronic shortage of creative offices that various designer studios and galleries need like air.

There many multi-storyed buildings in Moscow that stand next to each other with only walls and no windows between them. The project shows that such space can be used effectively used for interesting and original offices. Moreover, the offices would not block any access to anything.

The first project like that will be realized in the city on Kozhukhovskaya 5^th Street. The unusual parasite office that is going to be built on this address, will become a work place for the authors of the project, a design studio.

It will be possible to get inside the three-storeyed construction by stairs near the wall of one of the buildings. The office will have 230 square meters. It will have a cell-like facade with a large window in the center.
