Dead man found in apartment in Sweden 2 years after death

A worker found a body of a man in an apartment in the south of Stockholm. The body may have been staying in the room for more than two years, The Local reports.

The police accused social services of belated discovery. "This is a tragedy, but in big cities, there is no such thing as total social control, people in residential complexes are not interested in each other," a police spokesman said.

"It's amazing how many dead people are staying like this across the country," a woman said, who lives next door to the apartment, where the man's body was found.
