Go out frequently and sleep naked to enjoy successful relationship

If you want to have a harmonious relationship, do not be lazy to take your partner out for a date and sleep naked. This advice was given to all couples as a result of the research conducted by specialists from the University of Washington. The research embraced a hundred thousand people.

During the research, the scientists discovered that 40 percent of couples, who say that they are happy, go out together three or four times a week, says Yahoo Shine. The researchers note that people in general suffer from a lack of romance. As many as 44 percent of Americans have never (or almost never) been out on a date. However, despite this, the number of happy couples is still larger. Sixty percent of respondents assured the researchers that they were happy in their relationship.

As for sleep, 34 percent of happy women and 38 percent of happy men prefer to wear nothing when they go to sleep. The researchers advise all to adopt this simple recipe for happiness and often take each other out on a date.
