PM comments on coming heating season
Fuel reserves are being accumulated at an unsatisfactory speed in someregions, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov declared opening today'sgovernment meeting devoted to preparations for the fall-winter season of2002-2003. According to him, the Cabinet of Ministers will "have to examinethe situation in regions". At the same time he pointed out that thegovernment will have to adopt a number of additional measures to stabilizethe situation, including on questions concerning the regulation of marketsof some kinds of fuel.
