Putin Decrees To Delay Recruitment For Clerics

Russian president Vladimir Putin has decreed to grant a recruitment delay for clerics. Under the decree, the delay is granted to clerics at the request of religious organisations. The document emphasises that the delay can be received only if religious organisations have nobody to replace the drafted clerics. By preliminary estimates, up to 300 individuals will be granted such delays.
