Next Round of Talks Preparing Russia-US Summit to Go May 13 in Moscow
The next round of Russian-American talks concerning the setting up of the summit in Moscow is scheduled to take place in the city on May 13. According to the PR Department of Russia's Foreign Ministry, discussed will be the drafted Treaty for the Reduction of Strategic Offensive Armaments and the declaration as to the new strategic relationship between the two countries. The Russian delegation will be headed by Georgy Mamedov, a Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, the American one will be presided by John Bolton, the US Undersecretary of State.
