Total Telcom To Build Fiber Network

Total Telcom Inc. today announced that it has been selected to complete the turnkey construction of a 5 kilometer fiber network to be owned and operated by a major Alberta electrical utility firm. The cost plus contract is to provide fiber based communications between selected electrical substations owned by the utility company. The value of the contract is approximately $160,000.

"These turnkey installations are the cornerstone of our third party services work and provide a significant boost to our annual revenues". Total Telcom owns and operates state of the art long haul IP Broadband Fiber Optic Networks, currently providing Bandwidth, Lit and Dark Fiber-Optic Services to communities in Alberta and BC. They also provide turnkey design, engineering, construction and maintenance services for private networks owned and operated by government and industry.
