ALROSA diamond giant to decide on issuing bonds in October
The supervisory council of the Russian diamond monopolist ALROSA willdecide on issuing bonds worth 3bn rubles (about $95m) in October 2002 andEurobonds worth $500m in the first quarter of 2003, the company's pressservice reported. These plans were announced by Dmitry Novikov, ALROSA VicePresident, at a meeting of executive officers last Wednesday.
