RAO UES expects rise in export revenues in 2003

The Russian national energy grid RAO UES is expecting to see a 7 percent rise in revenues from exports of electricity to 8.637bn rubles (about $272m) next year, a source in the company's management told RBC. In particular, exports to the CIS are forecasted to rise 4 percent to 4.296bn rubles (about $135m). The company's export-related taxes will total more than 357m rubles (about $11.22m).
