Russia Not To Increase Oil Exports

Russia does not intend to increase petroleum exports. On the contrary, it is shrinking a million tonnes, October-December, as against July into September, announced Evgeni Samoilov, Russian Oil Exporters' Union executive manager. The current quarter-year exports outside the post-Soviet area will amount to 33.8 million tonnes, total yield 90 million. The Russian export tactics aim to stabilise the world petroleum market, added Mr. Samoilov.
