LUKoil Is Number One
LUKoil’s shares can be bought and sold now on London Stock Exchange. LUKoil got listing of its ordinary shares and American Deposit Receipts (ADR). Shares will be listed on the London Stock Exchange as ADR. The price is $55 per ADR. Trading started on the 6th of August. LUKoil’s sponsor was Morgan Stanley. LUKoil is the first Russian company which received secondary listing on London Stock Exchange (LSE).
