Vneshtorgbank's extraordinary shareholders' meeting to take place
An extraordinary general shareholders' meeting of Vneshtorgbank will take place on November 29, 2002. As the press service of the bank reported, this decision was made at today's meeting of Vneshtorgbank's supervisory board. The agenda will include elections of the bank's supervisory board, which consists of nine members, elections of the audit commission of the bank and other organizational issues.
The supervisory board decided to recommend the extraordinary general shareholders' meeting to adopt nine members of the supervisory board. Among others, this list includes First Deputy Property Minister Alexander Braverman, Deputy Economy Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Central Bank Oleg Vyugin, Deputy Finance Minister Sergey Kolotukhin, Vneshtorgbank's CEO Andrey Kostin, Finance Minister Alexey Kudrin and others.
