Noble Name For Noble Energy
Noble Energy, Inc. announced that Greg Panagos has joined the company as director of investor relations.
Mr. Panagos, 42, has 17 years of experience in corporate finance including 10 years in investor relations. For the past two years, Mr. Panagos was managing director of Shimmerlik Corporate Communications, an investor relations consulting firm. For the previous 12 years, he was with Pennzoil Company and Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Communications. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University in 1985 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College in 1983.
Mr. Panagos' appointment will facilitate Noble Energy's recent expansion of its investor relations program and enable William R. McKown, III, assistant treasurer, who was previously responsible for corporate finance, banking and investor relations functions, to focus his efforts full time on corporate finance and banking. ©
