The accident happened because of Putin’s convoy

A car accident occured on the governmental highway, on Novy Arbat Street. As the Federal Security Services reported, a Volga car ran into a police vehicle. The cars were traveling from the center of Moscow. After the collision, the police car hit three other cars. An ambulance arrived to the site of the accident, but apparently there were no victims or serious injuries. The accident happened when the police were blocking the traffic in order to make way for Putin’s convoy.

A female driver of one of the cars was slightly injured. She has been hospitalized. Doctors have already left Novy Arbat Street, and traffic has been resumed.

FSB agents detained several journalists who took photographs of the accident. The agents exposed their film to light and took away one of their cameras.
