The militia men, who will serve in Chechnya, study ethics

The Central Directorate of the Internal Affairs of the Stavropol region now has the courses, at which they teach the international humanitarian right. This was said Saturday by the chief of the mentioned department, militia colonel Yury Tyagaenko.

He also said, the educational centre in the Stavropol region taught the militia personnel for rendering assistance to the law-enforcement in the republic of Chechnya. The Chechen militia men also study there. The educational program includes the course of customs and ethics, the historic dates and the national holidays of the Chechen nation. Now the militia men will get to study the international humanitarian right. The educational centre in the Stavropol region was opened with the assistance and participation of the Red Cross International committee and its representative office in the Northern Caucasus.
