Moscow gets chilly autumn weather in the middle of summer

 

Throughout this week, the central part of Russia gets chilly and rainy weather, the Russian Meteorological Center reports.

Unstable weather, with rain  and unusually cold temperatures. Is caused with a high cyclone that came to the central part of Russia last week from the North-East Atlantic. According to forecasters, the cyclone will remain in the region for a few days.

This week, the center of Russia, including Moscow, will see downpours, thunderstorms, hail, and wind gusts reaching

14-19 meters per second. Maximum daytime temperatures will not be higher than 21 degrees.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, the territory of the Central Federal District of Russia will get showers, thunderstorms and gusty winds. Night temperatures will be about +7-14 degrees and +15-22 degrees Centigrade during the day.

As expected, during the second half of the week, the cyclone will move slowly to the east. Temperatures at night will be +8-15 C at night to +17-24 degrees.
