Osama bin Laden is said to hide near Kandagar

The American mass media reported today that the prime suspect was possibly hiding on the outskirts of Kandagar, where the 55th brigade of the Taliban movement is deployed. This is the place of USA’s peculiar front of the operation against Afghanistan. The deployed regiments are bombed by the U.S. battle planes, including AS-130 and helicopters.

The rumors about the ground operation to start in Afghanistan do not seem to be confirmed. There is no official information on the matter. As a matter of fact the journalists hurried to report about the start of the ground operation after it became known the battle planes and helicopters were in use.
