Murder Of Vice-speaker Of The Republic's People's Assembly Disclosed In Dagestan

The murder of vice-speaker of the republic's People's Assembly Arsen Kammayev and manager of the local Promstroibank branch Abdulkhalik Musayev, perpetrated on October 30, was disclosed by the joint efforts of the prosecutor's office, secret services and militia of Dagestan, head of the Dagestan's interior ministry lieutenant-general of militia Adilgerei Magomedtagirov told a press conference held in Makhachkala on Sunday. According to the minister, Sagidbatal Uzunov, head of the administration of Novolakskoye village who ordered the murder, and those who filled the order -- resident of the Novokuli settlement Gudy Isupov and residents of the Novolakskoye village Magomed Kurbanmagomedov and Pirbudag Bazayev -- have been detained on November 3.
