Former board chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Plant Anatoli Bykov has again been detained by Russia’s law-enforcement bodies. Bykov has been taken to the Krasnoyarsk Territory’s FSB premises, his country-side house being searched. Bykov’s detention this time is formally connected to the launch by the Moscow Procurator’s Offiice of criminal proceeding into plotting the murder of certain Pavel Struganov and Vyacheslav Ismindirov killed last Friday on Kutuzovski Prospekt in Moscow, news agencies report. PRAVDA.RU has gathered from well-informed sources that Bykov’s detention may be looked at as a respond by Russia’s power establishments to the accusations of being unable to control the situation in the country.
