Taliban leader Mullah Omar is attempting to negotiate on his personal surrender to the Northern Alliance, NBC said referring to official spokesmen for George Bush's administration. According to the spokesmen, Omar has lost control over the Taliban armed forces and links with field commanders. Omar is very afraid that his fighters will kill him.
