A passenger aircraft crashed on Tuesday morning, January 29th, in Kazakhstan. Reportedly, the crash has left no survivors.

"The plane crashed about one kilometer far from the city of Almaty, the capital of Kazakhstan. The crash killed more than 20 people," a source at law enforcement agencies of Kazakhstan said.

According to sources, the wreckage of the aircraft was found near a farm, not far from the village of Guldala. The crash site has been cordoned off.

On board a Challenger 200 aircraft of SCAT airline, there were about 20 passengers and crew. The plane was flying from the town of Kokshetau, reports Nur.kz.

At the same time, Interfax reports that the plane took 15 passengers on board and had the crew of six.
